When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. When you create links, we store the target URL, link settings (expiry, click limits), and usage data such as click counts. We use Lemon Squeezy to process payments for paid plans; billing information is handled by Lemon Squeezy and is subject to their privacy policy.
When visitors open LinkyLocks links, we may process limited technical and usage data such as click time, link status, and basic analytics needed to operate the service and prevent abuse. We do not sell visitor data.
We use your information to provide and improve our link shortening service, manage your account, enforce link expiry and click limits, provide click analytics to link creators, detect and prevent abuse, and communicate important updates about the service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Link data, including expired and deactivated links, is retained for record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. Your data is subject to their respective privacy policies and security measures. We do not share your data with other third-party services beyond what is necessary to operate and secure the platform.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security policies on our database.
